Der Inhalt meiner Arbeit
Das Zusammenspiel von Herz und Hirn hat große Auswirkungen auf die Qualität unserer Beziehungen. Unsere Gedanken aktivieren unsere Gefühle und umgekehrt. Dadurch werden unsere Kommunikation sowie unsere Handlungen beeinflusst, oft mehr als uns lieb und bewusst ist.

Intensive Gefühle wie Wut, Angst oder Verunsicherung bringen Gehirn und Körper in einen Alarmmodus. Evolutionär hilft dieser Modus dabei, in Gefahrensituationen zurückzuschlagen oder wegzulaufen. Er hilft aber nicht dabei, klar zu denken, eigene Gefühle wahrzunehmen oder die Perspektive des anderen anzuerkennen. Die Bereitschaft, mit unserem Gegenüber zusammenzuarbeiten, nimmt ab.
Das Bewusstsein über die Abläufe in unserem Gehirn und auf unserer Gefühlsebene hilft uns, unsere Beziehungen konstruktiv zu gestalten. So ist es uns möglich, aus unserem gewohnten Verhaltensmuster auszusteigen. Kooperative und unterstützende Beziehungen sind Voraussetzungen, unser volles Potenzial zu entfalten und vor allem, kreativ mit anderen zusammen zu leben und zu arbeiten.
